We will ask your typical size and how you like to wear your tops, shorts, and pants so we can suggest the best size for you!
Our STANDSO shoes are true to size and for the products that are NOT available in half sizes, we recommend going down to a half size.
You’re only able to cancel your order if the cancellation icon shows on your order information page.
If you don’t see the cancellation icon, it’s because either you tried to cancel 30 minutes after your purchase, or the order has been shipped.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email and from that email, you will have access to tracking information, or you can access your tracking information . It can take about 1-2 business days for the courier to update tracking information.

The hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 9 am-5 pm PST, and we will not be available on weekends.
You will be able to change the shipping address if the order has NOT been shipped yet. If you need to make any changes to an item(s) color, size, or quantity, you will need to change it ASAP therwise you will need to return the order and must meet the return requirements.
If the size that you selected is out of stock, add that selected product to the cart and click on the “notify me” tab. Once we restock, we will then send you an email or text message to notify item(s) are back in stock.

All expedited orders placed before 10AM PST will go out the same way. Some orders placed after this time may still make it out same-day but it's not guaranteed. Orders placed after 10AM PST will ship out the following day, so "overnight" would take an additional day to deliver.
Please note, that expedited shipping methods do not deliver over the weekends. Because rush orders are fulfilled almost immediately, we usually cannot make changes to these orders before they are packed.
To ensure your order arrives in time for the holidays, place your order no later than December 20th at Midnight PST (domestic orders only)
If multiple orders are placed, we are NOT able to combine orders, but if you cancel all your orders within 30 minutes and you can reorder as one order, then we will process your new order.

You can purchase your digital gift card here. The gift cards will be sent via email with instructions and there will be no processing fees. To put it in an easy way, you won’t pay more than what you get.
At this time, we do NOT have physical gift cards available for purchase online.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Oh no! Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then contact us letting us know your order number and your specific claim number. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution.
After placing an order, depending on where you’re located will determine when you will receive your order. If you are within the US, you will receive your order within 3-5 business days. If you’re overseas you are looking at 15 business days to receive your order. Also, you have to consider the courier’s timing on whether they get it to you sooner rather than later. During the holidays between Thanksgiving and Christmas days, it can take additional days depending on the courier.
Orders placed over the weekend ship Monday morning. You may receive a tracking link when the order is packaged over the weekend, but transit won't begin until Monday.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Merchandise must NOT be worn, washed, dyed, or altered. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
Merchandise that appears to be worn and/or washed and not in its original/sellable condition may result in a delayed refund/exchange, or may not qualify for a refund or exchange. In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you.
Certain items are marked as not refundable and are not eligible for returns (ie. gift cards, gifts with purchase).

For customers shipping to all other countries, paying duties and taxes upfront is optional. If you choose to pay duties and taxes at the time of purchase, we guarantee no surprise fees upon delivery. If you do not pay them at check-out, we cannot predict or guarantee what the local customs office will charge you. Duties and tax rates are calculated by the local Customs Authority.
If you need to return an item, duties and taxes cannot be refunded by Standso. You may be able to get these refunded by contacting your local customs office; however, we're not able to guarantee this.

At this time, we can only offer free returns on domestic orders. We do provide a subsidized shipping label for international returns at a lower cost than you would get from your local carrier.
Unfortunately, we do NOT offer a warranty on any of our products.
