U.S. Delivery Methods & Charges

Once your credit card authorization is verified and your order is shipped, your charge will be processed. We will send you a confirmation email to let you know your order has shipped. U.S. shipping destinations include Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam. STANDSO items cannot be shipped to the Virgin Islands.

* Standard Shipping: Allow 3–5 business days within the Continental U.S. Some rural locations could experience a delay in delivery times. 
Note: STANDSO items could experience an additional 1-2 business days delivery time.

* Standard Shipping: Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Guam is 6-11 business days. STANDSO items cannot be shipped to the Virgin Islands. APO/FPO and other U.S. territories allow up to 10-20 business days.

* 2nd Day Air: Order by 11:00 am Pacific Standard Time (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) for delivery the second business day. Requires a daytime phone number. Not available for shipments to US territories, PO Boxes, APOs, or FPOs.

† Next Day Shipping: Orders placed by 11 a.m. Pacific Standard Time (Monday – Friday excluding holidays) for delivery the next business day. Requires a daytime phone number. Not available for shipments to US territories, P.O. Boxes, APOs or FPOs.

‡ Special Note for Deliveries in Colorado: Effective July 1, 2022, Colorado will impose a retail delivery fee of $0.27 per sale on all deliveries by motor vehicle to a location in Colorado with at least one item of tangible personal property subject to state sales or use tax. We will collect the retail delivery fee on your purchases, if applicable, and it may be reflected as a “retail delivery fee” on your receipt or invoice.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

At this time, we cannot ship part of your order to one address and part to another address. For delivery to multiple destinations, please place separate orders.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes for an international order?
The following countries are always shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning the duties and taxes are already baked into the cost:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom

For customers shipping to all other countries, paying duties and taxes upfront is optional. If you choose to pay duties and taxes at the time of purchase, we guarantee no surprise fees upon delivery. If you do not pay them at check-out, we cannot predict or guarantee what the local customs office will charge you. Duties and tax rates are calculated by the local Customs Authority. 

If you need to return an item, duties and taxes cannot be refunded by Standso. You may be able to get these refunded by contacting your local customs office; however, we're not able to guarantee this. For more information from our international shipping partner, click here.

Do you accept international returns?
We do accept international returns. You can initiate one by clicking here.
At this time, we can only offer free returns on domestic orders. 
We do provide a subsidized shipping label for international returns at a lower cost than you would get from your local carrier.
