We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, refund requests on sale, clearanceitems with final price, or e-gift cards.

Items noted as non-returnable cannot be returned.

Standso items purchased at other online/offline stores cannot be returned to the Standso online store.

Shipping fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.

We do not offer free returns on orders from APO/FPO addresses and US Territories. You must create your return label and be able to drop off your return at an authorized courier of your choice.

If the item returned to our warehouse is not what was intended, Standso is not responsible for this error and does not have the ability to send the item back to you unless you provide us with a shipping label.

Walk-in returns are NOT acceptable under any conditions and circumstances.

 

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

International order return

You will have to create your return label. Standso is unable to create a return label outside of the United States. Exchanges are not available for international orders. The refunds to the original payment method or e-gift card with the refund amount will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected for approval. The original shipping cost will not be refunded for international orders.

 

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us here.

The original shipping charges are not refundable unless the customer received the wrong item(s).

If you are returning an item purchased with a promotion, you will get a refund or exchange based on the discounted price you paid, not the full price of the product.

If the bank account or credit card used for payment is no longer active, refunds will be credited to an e-gift card.

If you are returning a gift from a Standso member or guest, a receipt or proof of purchase is not required, but the order number and customer’s email address are needed. Items must be in original condition. Once the return is approved, you will receive an e-gift card with the amount paid for the returned item.
