Come misurare la lunghezza del piede
  1. Fissare un pezzo di carta su una superficie piana e dura, assicurandosi che non scivoli.

  2. Mettetevi in piedi sul foglio, con i piedi alla larghezza delle spalle e il peso bilanciato in modo uniforme (solo un piede sarà sul foglio).

  3. Con una penna o una matita puntata verso il basso, chiedi a un amico o a un partner di aiutarti a segnare la punta dell'alluce e la parte più esterna del tallone.

  4. Una volta registrati i segni, alzatevi dal foglio e usate un righello o un metro a nastro per misurare la distanza tra i due punti. Questa misura rappresenta la lunghezza del piede.

  5. Ripetere il procedimento con l'altro piede. Si noti che è normale che un piede abbia una lunghezza leggermente diversa dall'altro.

  6. Applica la misura più lunga delle due alla nostra tabella delle taglie per trovare la taglia corrispondente alla lunghezza del piede registrata. Se la misura è tra due taglie, ti consigliamo di scegliere una taglia in più.
