Как измерить длину стопы
  1. Приклейте лист бумаги скотчем к твердой плоской поверхности, убедившись, что бумага не соскользнет.

  2. Встаньте на бумагу, ноги на ширине плеч, вес равномерно распределен (на бумаге будет только одна нога).

  3. Направив ручку или карандаш строго вниз, попросите друга или партнера помочь вам отметить кончик большого пальца ноги и самую внешнюю часть пятки.

  4. После того как отметки будут сделаны, отойдите от бумаги и с помощью линейки или измерительной ленты измерьте расстояние между двумя точками. Это измерение будет представлять собой длину стопы.

  5. Повторите процесс с другой ногой. Обратите внимание, что длина одной стопы может немного отличаться от длины другой.

  6. Примените большее из двух измеренных значений к нашей таблице размеров, чтобы найти подходящий размер для зафиксированной длины стопы. Если измерение находится между размерами, мы рекомендуем выбрать больший размер.
