Hur man mäter fotlängd
  1. Tejpa fast en bit papper på en hård, plan yta och se till att pappret inte glider.

  2. Stå på pappret, fötterna axelbrett isär och vikten jämnt balanserad (endast en fot kommer att vara på pappret).

  3. Med en penna eller blyertspenna pekande rakt nedåt, be en vän eller partner hjälpa dig genom att markera spetsen på stortån och den yttersta delen av hälen.

  4. När märkena är registrerade, kliv av pappret och använd en linjal eller måttband för att mäta avståndet mellan de två punkterna. Detta mått representerar fotens längd.

  5. Upprepa processen med den andra foten. Observera att det är vanligt att den ena foten har en något annan längd än den andra.

  6. Använd det längre av de två måtten i vår storlekstabell för att hitta rätt storlek för den angivna fotlängden. Om måttet är mellan två storlekar rekommenderar vi att du väljer en större storlek.
